Cubed steaks are cut from the upper muscles in the back leg of the steer. They are light and thin, which makes them perfect for cooking up fast. Additionally, the steaks are mechanically tenderized which helps break down tough muscle fibers and leads to a delicious, tender bite.
We recommend frying the cubed steaks into country fried steak or sautéing them very quickly over high heat and serving on a sandwich.
