Remaining cost:
$1000 Remains after your deposit. Your total cost includes the beef (hanging weight) plus processing and packing fees. You only pay for the 100 lbs of beef you receive. Quarters contain a minimum of 100 lbs of beef. We’ll add ground beef to your quarter if the total quarter weight is less than 100 lbs.
When you order we will charge the card on file for a $250 deposit, and we'll email you to set up a delivery or pick-up based on your location. We will then send an invoice for the remaining $1,000 balance due on day you receive your beef.
Savings of buying in bulk: $400, as the retail value of our quarters is about $1,650.
Cost per serving: 412 servings of 4 ounces: only $3 each
