McElroy Farms raises 100% Grass-fed beef that is never fed grain of any kind. Our herd never gets any antibiotics or hormones or GMOs. They graze and breed naturally year-round as part of our eco-regenerative program.

Turkeys are raised on Hehlden Farm in Michigan, on green pasture their whole lives. Their diet is supplemented with non-GMO grain that is also grown and ground on the farm. Turkeys have zero additives, and are a heritage "Nicholas Black" breed.
