Our ¼ lb. hamburger patties are made from our 100% grass-fed and finished ground beef. Each patty is made up of ground trim from the whole steer with the perfect mixture of fat to lean. They are rich in flavor and super easy to cook. We love the flexibility of portioning that a ¼ lb. patty allows for. Big eaters can have a double burger while others may only want a single patty.
We recommend cooking these hamburger patties on the grill or in a cast iron skillet to your desired internal temperature. They truly don’t need any toppings or enhancements, but you can’t go wrong with some cheese and McElroy Farms smoked bacon on top!
