Smoked ham hock is fully cooked which makes cooking with it extra simple. Just add the hock whole into any soup or pot of greens or beans when you add the liquid. Once the dish has finished cooking you can fish out the hock and shred the meat to add back in, or just leave it whole as a flavor enhancer.
