Our smoked ham steak is cut 1/2" thick and packaged individually. They are cured using a nitrate-free process before being smoked and sliced.

NOT PRESERUED KEEP REFRIGERATED BELOW 40 DEGREES F AT ALL TIMES. NO NITRATES OR NITRITES ADDED EXCEPT THOSE NATURALLY OCCURING IN CELERY JUICE POWDER.
