Our locally raised pork chops are great for an easy weeknight dinner, but also special enough to be the centerpiece of a celebratory meal.

Bone-in pork chops are cut from the loin subprimal of the pork, which is the section that runs parallel to the spine between the shoulder and the hip. Each chop consists of an inch thick tender section of muscle attached to a strip of bone, essentially the pork version of a bone-in ribeye. Our all-natural, pasture-raised pork has a great level of fat development which enhances the flavor of the meat and makes it nice and juicy without being too rich. Leaving the bone attached to the chop also adds flavor and helps the pork to cook more evenly.We recommend cooking these pork chops hot and fast on the grill or in a cast iron skillet on the stove. You can marinate them ahead of time, or the meat is delicious and tender enough you can just season with salt and pepper before cooking. These pork chops are best cooked to medium and allowed to rest before being served with your favorite local vegetables. 


Each package of bone-in pork chops weighs just under a pound and a half and contains two chops, which is perfect for feeding two people.
