It's essential to our values that we find use for all parts of any animal we have processed. Broth bones (we used to list them as "marrow bones" but that was confusing some) do just that. Each bag of broth bones is enough to make a nutrient and collagen-rich batch of beef bone broth in a pot or slow cooker.
Some also find their dogs like to chew on these bones.
