Our shoulder chops, or shoulder steaks, are a versatile bone-in steak cut that can be quickly grilled or braised for a healthy portion of lamb. There is a good amount of grass-fed fat on these chops along with the significantly marbled meat. These are great in curries, for bbq or shredded lamb dishes.
