The Hanger steak, or Hanging Tender is a new steak for us to carry, and it already is one of our favorites. It's an affordable way to get huge flavor and 100% grass-fed nutrients. This steak is rare because there are only two per beef, it comes from the diaphragm muscle which works all day while our cattle graze so it's super tender. Grill it or easily pan-sear it on your stove for a meal that can feed one or two!
