Ground lamb is a great substitute for any ground beef in any recipe. You can sub in lamb because it has the same fat-to-lean ratio and texture. This is a great introductory cut if you are new to cooking with lamb. Just cook to medium and leave some pink in the center. Try with burgers, pasta, and much more.
