Our ground beef is made from trim from the entire steer, which means it is extra rich in beefy flavor. Grass-fed beef is full of nutrients and has a strong flavor that shines when it is ground. Using beef trim for our grind allows us to get a perfect ratio of lean to fat (80/20) and helps reduce waste, which aligns with our values of sustainable, regenerative farming.
There are truly too many ways to use ground beef to count. We love to make burgers with it, add it to our meatball mix, and season it for beef tacos. Grass fed beef can cook faster than conventional beef so make sure to keep a close eye on your pan.
