While products last, the quarter of beef bundle will include the cuts below. In total, it is about one hundred pounds of individually wrapped and frozen beef. The meat will take up roughly five cubic feet which is enough to fill a compact chest freezer. Your quarter will include:

- 4 Tenderized Round Steaks
- 4 Cube Steaks
- 2 packages Short Ribs
