While products last, the quarter of beef bundle will include the cuts below. In total, it is about eighty five pounds of individually wrapped and frozen beef. The meat will take up roughly five cubic feet which is enough to fill a compact chest freezer. Your quarter will include:
- 50 lbs Ground Beef
- 4 Tenderized Round Steaks
- 2 packages Short Ribs
- 6 Chuck Roasts
- 1 package Brisket (half)
- 2 packages Soup Bones (4 Shanks)
- 4 lbs Stew Meat
