McElroy Farms was not able to raise chickens this year, so we partnered up with another local farm who raises all-natural chickens on pasture using ethical practices. We are now able to bring you their products through our regular pick-up and delivery program. Please let us know how you like it!
Each package of jointed wings is one pound, about 5 pieces. Jointed means that the wings are already cut apart for you into banjos (also known as flats) and drummettes.
