Our brisket is a perfect weekend project for the meat-lover in your family!The brisket is the pectoral muscle of the steer. It is cut from the lower portion of the cow’s shoulder. Our briskets are cut into manageable pieces rather than being left whole. Each piece is a mixture of fat and lean meat that requires a low and slow cook. Our 100% grass fed beef has more nutrients and less of a thick fat cap than more conventionally raised briskets.

We recommend cooking your brisket in a smoker or braising it in the oven to make sure the meat becomes nice and tender.
