Our Ground Beef is made from trim from the entire beef, which means it is extra rich in flavor. Grass-fed beef is full of nutrients and has a strong flavor that shines when it is ground. Using beef trim for our grind allows us to get a perfect ratio of fat to lean and helps reduce waste, which aligns with our values of sustainable, regenerative farming.
There are truly too many ways to use ground beef to count. We love to make burgers, add it to our meatball mix, and season it for beef tacos. You’ll notice less fat in the pan when you cook 100% grass-fed Ground Beef.
Each McElroy Farms 20 lb Ground Beef Bundle contains 20 one-pound, frozen packages of Ground Beef. Each package is enough to feed two to four people.
